We found Antonio and Livia the owners of the Inn very friendly and helpful. The Inn was very clean and modern. The Inn is walking distance to some very nice restaurants. We needed a heater one night and were given one immediately.. Tea and coffee were available at all times. Antonio arranged our trip to the Island and bus ticket to Cuzco. He organised a taxi and came with us to the bus on the morning we left. We were suffering from Altitude sickness and nothing was too much trouble for them.

With a view of Lake Titicaca from our window and a 5 minute walk from the main Plaza, the location was the first of many great things about the hotel. The staff were excellent - friendly and helping us with our every need. The room itself is basic, but flawlessly clean and comfortable. With free wifi, breakfast and all day hot water (not always the case in Peru) for around £30 a night I really can't fault it. If in in Puno - stay here!

Very helpful staff who can also organize trips for you. Good location.
Since the room was going out towards a street it was quite noisy. The airport taxi we got on the last day (organised by the hotel) was really bad.

A lovely small hotel, very comfortable and clean and in a good location. The breakfasts provided fresh orange juice and individually cooked scrambled eggs with fresh bread. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we would strongly recommend it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. For example, one of them (Antonio) came and picked me up at the bus station and paid for cabfare back. My bus was over 30 minutes late.
It's a three block hike uphill from the plaza de armas to the hotel. Given the altitude, some people may have more difficulties with this than myself.

Cleanliss, hot shower any time, sunny room, pretty yet simple color and interior of the room
The inn is up in the hill about 5 minutes from the plaza de armas. We were fine walking up, but if you have trouble with high altitude or elderly people, you will need to rest once on the way.

Proprietor was very helpful and courteous. He came to pick us up from the train station, then organized a taxi for us to the bus station the next morning. Unfortunately we were only able to stay 1 night so were not able to take advantage of the good local information we had on offer.

We really liked the hotel - simple but really comfortable. Room had comfy beds, hot water and was warm and very secure. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to help, including taking us to the bus station when we left. The breakfast was fresh and very good too. Five minute walk to the main square.

A small 6 bedroom bright new hotel situated 3 blocks from the main plaza. Family run, very safe and offering clean comfortable en-suite rooms. Good value.
Only a minor problem, but rooms at the front of the hotel can suffer a bit of noise from activities in the square opposite.
